So, let me tell you about the ‚Holding the Line - Stone Alignments‘ Series. My work Sculpting with Termites is part of Im Spannungsfeld der Projektionen During the Junk Journal workshop the past weekend wonderful new books were produced by the participants. Thank you jouning me in this creative and fun adventure. The next workshop on the 18th of April focuses on filling these pages even more. Looking back on 36 years of Independence, as well as a history of 70 years under SA's mandate and Apartheid rule, 31 years of German colonial rule, and before that a long history of differnet tribal movements, fights and changes.... Two very early works of mine — both were early milestones in my art. International Women’s Day Stepping up the challenge: special stones with special lines and markings need special backgrounds. Especially happy to have found a suitable background for the last one... Stone Alignments from the Holding the Line Series. This time beside the road.
