International Women’s Day Stepping up the challenge: special stones with special lines and markings need special backgrounds. Especially happy to have found a suitable background for the last one... Stone Alignments from the Holding the Line Series. This time beside the road. Happy start into the Fire Horse! Beach Trash - Abstract Photography Stone Alignments on @omandumba_namibia Feeling immensely grateful for the amazing tranquillity and inspiring atmosphere of this amazing place, and for the splendid hospitality of Harald, Deike and Anne! Thank you! Trash Abstracts - When our car broke down and we had to wait to be towed for two hours besides the road, it was a good opportunity to walk around in the bracing heat noticing stones and trash. And continuing my (Beach) Trash Series... This series started when I realised I cannot take every interesting stone which I find on the beach home... So I decided to take photos of them instead. In 2022 I found a stone with a wave-like white line and held it up so that the lines align with the white foam line of the waves in the background.
